Design, Functionality and Advantages
ELHY® electrohydraulic thrusters convert electrical energy into precise linear movement using hydraulic force. Each device features a robust three-phase asynchronous motor that runs in an oil-filled housing, coupled with an axially movable piston and a guide cylinder. The entire unit is securely fixed by cast feet on the housing, ensuring a stable installation even under harsh industrial conditions.

- Lifting forces from 220 N up to 6300 N
- Stroke paths between 50 mm and 160 mm (up to 120 mm for DIN 15430 version)
- Standard motor insulation class F; class H available on request
- Works with mineral hydraulic oil or silicone oil for various ambient requirements
- Enclosure protection: Standard IP56 (up to IP66 for special versions)
- Corrosion protection with 2K polyacryl coating (optionally up to C5-M corrosion class)
